Data corrections — first priority
If a figure in a guide no longer matches its source, or the source has changed, that is what we most want to hear about. Include a link to the page, the figure itself and, if you have it, the source that contradicts it. We correct against the source and update the verification date.
Editorial enquiries
Topic suggestions, questions about why a guide says what it says, or about which source backs a particular claim. We reply in the language you write in, among those the site publishes.
What we cannot help with
- A dispute with a casino. Monteclar is an affiliate, not an operator: it holds no player funds, has no access to your account and cannot mediate, recover a balance or unlock an account. Those claims go to the operator and, failing that, to its regulator.
- Legal or tax advice. We can point at the source a guide relies on; we cannot tell you what to do about your situation.
- Offers of paid links, advertising or sponsored content. Not accepted.
